Paul Stafford runs Spice Island Pantry and Café. Not only do they offer a catering service, you can also enjoy breakfast and lunch at his Café in San Remo. Breakfast and lunch menus are available from the website.
Cooking Classes
Check out Paul’s cooking classes, where you can enjoy cooking with your friends and enjoy a meal with wine afterwards. For your better enjoyment of the classes, Paul can organize a shuttle bus service back to your accommodation anywhere on Phillip Island and San Remo.

I have enjoyed an Indian Cooking Class with Paul an his team. So you prepare and cook your meal in a friendly environment then you sit down and enjoy the produce of your labour with plenty of good things to drink. Being a waiter normally, I found this an extraordinary experience. Paul organised a ride home afterwards, so I could enjoy a drink or two. Now that is class! Thanks Paul
